We specialise in prototyping and product development for items as small as a sheetmetal bracket to fully working special purpose machinery and bespoke fabrications.

Prototype Fabrication

We offer full prototype services from concept through to design and fabrication for any form of metalwork including architectural facades, machinery, vehicle chassis, tools, enclosures and much more. We have the skilled workforce and the patience to handle intricate and complex fabrications and the experience to advise on best practice both regarding material strength as well as ease of production and material & manufacturing costs. Our inhouse design staff are equipped with AutoCAD 2005 and Solid Works 5 and can work with most file formats including DWG files.

Product Development

For long term production we are happy to undertake product development on behalf of a customer whether that involves addressing user issues or developments to reduce weight, increase strength or lower costs. Because many of the jobs we carry out are bespoke in nature, product development is an easy step for us to take following on from the experience of the initial fabrication. We also take existing components and in relation to a customer brief can address historic design issues and carry out general improvements.
